Welcome to the Randol Mill Park Garden Homes Homeowners Association

Randol Mill Park Garden Homes Subdivision was developed in the mid-seventies, and the 108 homes were constructed by several different builders in a variety of styles. These zero lot line garden homes are primarily brick veneer or stucco, and offer spacious interiors and inviting private patios and gardens. The old saying is “Location, location, location” – well, this neighborhood has it! It is just off I-30, midway between Dallas and Fort Worth, and only minutes from the Arlington sports and entertainment venues. It is adjacent to beautiful Randol Mill Park. Homeowner Association amenities include a spacious clubhouse and a sparkling swimming pool.  It’s a great place to live!
